Commitment to People, Access and Belonging
At Global Payments, we believe that our strength lies not just in the solutions we provide, but in the vibrant people behind our operations. We're dedicated to fostering a workplace built on the pillars of People, Access and Belonging (PAB) — principles that propel us beyond traditional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
People
We put individuals at the center — your growth, well-being and success.
Access
Ensures that everyone has the tools, opportunities and resources they need to thrive.
Belonging
It’s about connection — creating an environment where every person, regardless of background, identity or ability, feels like they truly belong.
Why People, Access and Belonging matters
Incorporating People, Access and Belonging into the fabric of our operations creates more than just a diverse workplace — it fosters a setting where individuals thrive. A deep sense of belonging enhances performance, boosts collaboration and inspires the bold ideas that drive our success.
Measuring progress, driving impact
To truly integrate People, Access and Belonging into our culture, we regularly measure its impact through open channels and forums for team members to provide feedback. This helps us track and improve our employee satisfaction, retention rates and career progression.
Leading with purpose
Our leaders are not just supporters but active champions. Their commitment is crucial in transitioning from policy to practice, ensuring that our core values are reflected in every aspect of our business operations.
“We are an organization that respects, honors and celebrates the diversity of our team members and the differences among us. There are always more ways to hold ourselves accountable when it comes to creating a more inclusive culture. We will never stop adapting to the ever-evolving needs of our people.”
Cameron Bready
President and CEO
“At Global Payments, we know that when people feel valued, have access to opportunities and truly belong, they do their best work. Creating an inclusive culture isn’t just the right thing to do — it’s how we grow, innovate and succeed together. My goal is to ensure that everyone, at every level, has the support, resources and space to thrive. Because when we lift each other up, we all move forward.”
Jackie Parker
Head of Inclusion and Belonging
Strength through difference
